Vinci hired us as their tech partner to build their startup’s digital assets for brand launch. Beginning with a marketing landing page, pre-launch marketing was underway while we designed the full website, web app, and mobile app. The brand needed to be cohesive with a balance of modern and classic design. From the parallax portfolio to the easy-to-use UX, the design needed to capture visitors’ attention and encourage them to inquire about real estate properties.
DevPort Studio took an in-depth approach to understand Vinci’s brand identity and services offered by market research on the Real Estate industry. Our UI/UX designer drafted the site map strategy and wireframes using the data. Then, by following tried and true principles in UI/UX, our team built an information architecture strategy that guides customers to discover state-of-the-art homes. We used property imagery without sacrificing site speed and scaled content descriptions to make its web presence more engaging. To improve conversion rate, we embedded a series of forms with custom copywriting for each service that helped our clients track the site's performance.
After solidifying ideas, we delivered the final project scope that met the standards of tone, language, and aesthetics to give the brand a launching point for its start-up. The project is built for the modern real estate shopper first with the idea that the website and mobile app architecture are built to scale.
