Welcome to DevPort Studio. By accessing and using our website, services, and digital products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
DevPort Studio provides digital marketing, web development, and technology solutions as outlined in individual contracts, proposals, or statements of work (SOW). The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables will be agreed upon before work commences.
Any changes to the agreed-upon scope must be requested in writing and may incur additional fees and extended timelines.
Clients must provide timely feedback, required assets, and necessary approvals to avoid project delays. Delays caused by the Client may result in timeline extensions or additional costs.
Due to the nature of our services, all payments made are non-refundable once work has commenced. If the Client cancels the project after signing an agreement, a prorated fee based on work completed will be due.
For ongoing services such as SEO, marketing, or maintenance, payments are due on a recurring basis as outlined in the contract. Cancellation requires a 30-day notice.
Any third-party software, plugins, or tools integrated into the project are subject to their respective licenses. DevPort Studio is not responsible for ongoing license costs.
Both parties agree to keep all non-public information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without consent.
DevPort Studio complies with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data protection laws. Clients are responsible for ensuring their websites and marketing practices comply with applicable regulations.
DevPort Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services in question.
While we employ industry best practices, DevPort Studio cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, revenue increases, or guaranteed website traffic improvements.
Clients may terminate services with written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date must be paid for in full.
We reserve the right to terminate services if the Client fails to make payments, violates these terms, or engages in unethical or illegal activities.
Any disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled through arbitration in Missouri.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Missouri.
DevPort Studio reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
